Nadim Sunna

Nadim has over fourteen years of experience within the geotechnical engineering, civil engineering, and material testing and inspection industries. His experience began in the field of geotechnical observation and testing, which is a vital component in developing site-specific, value-engineering geotechnical subsurface investigation programs that are tailored to provide clients with cost-effective geotechnical recommendations. He has implemented this strategy while working with private developers and government agencies. Nadim also has extensive experience in providing project management and oversight during construction of various types of projects, ranging from street improvements to high rise buildings. His understanding and knowledge of the building code is vital in ensuring that projects are constructed per plans, specifications and the Building Code. Nadim has led teams of engineers during design of various building foundations, civil grading and drainage plans, street improvement plans, subdivisions and tract maps, retaining walls, and shoring system for both residential and commercial developments. Nadim is a Registered Civil and Geotechnical Engineer in the State of California and also holds civil engineering licenses in the State of Arizona, Washington, Nevada, Utah and New Mexico. Nadim oversees NTS operations and company direction, while mentoring younger staff and ensuring that each project is given the attention and service it needs to be completed successfully.
